Do my engineers need smartphones?
Yes — any modern smartphone with a browser works. iPhone or Android, no app store download needed. It works straight from the browser and can be saved to the home screen so it behaves like a native app.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Hosted in the UK, encrypted at rest and in transit, with row-level security isolating every customer's data. Registered with the ICO.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime with no notice period. No contracts, no exit fees.
Do you help with setup?
Yes. All plans include free onboarding guidance and trade-specific templates on day one. Team and Pro customers get hands-on help importing data and configuring the account if they want it.
How do I pay?
We send you a monthly invoice. Pay by bank transfer or set up a standing order — whatever suits you. No card fees, no payment middleman.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, change plan any time. If you're on Solo and hit the 50-contract limit — or need a second engineer — upgrading to Starter gives you unlimited contracts and up to 5 engineers for £49/month. The change takes effect immediately and your next invoice reflects the new plan.
What if I have more than 50 contracts on the Solo plan?
Upgrade to Starter — unlimited contracts and up to 5 engineers for £49/month. The change is instant and your next invoice reflects the new plan.
Does it work offline?
Offline mode is on our roadmap and coming soon. Currently it requires an internet connection.
